What is it?
Old cladding off, rotten sheathing fixed, house wrap, new siding and trim. Vinyl costs least. Fiber cement (James Hardie) costs more and takes hail better. Wood looks best and needs the most upkeep.
When do you need it?
- Hail has cracked or chipped it, often on the same claim as the roof.
- Warped, faded or loose panels, or soft spots.
- You are replacing the roof and want the exterior done once.

Priced by wall area, material and trim, after a free look. Plus GST.
